Untouchable 2012 – UK Trailer

Words by Naomi Jeffreys

Check out the trailer for this beautiful film, which explores a relationship between an affluent millionaire, Phillipe (Francois Cluzet), who is a quadraplegic. Who hires a troubled young man Driss (Cesar winner, Omar Sy), to become his carer.

In this thought provoking, beautifully shot Indie film, the characters learn about life, love and themselves. A film which is packed with laughter and how two opposites from different worlds collide, and find a common ground. Through laughter.

With the Paralympics still on in London, this film is achingly relevant, Driss accepts and respects who Phillipe is regardless of his disability, and treats him as an equal.

Untouchable is due to be released in UK cinemas from the 21st September
